Alkaline detergent for high pH tolerant MF & UF membranes.
Divos 124 is a highly active, foaming, alkaline detergent for the removal of organic and inorganic soiling from MF & high pH tolerant UF membranes. Divos 124 is hard water tolerant. Divos 124 has been tested and approved for use on all types of MF and high pH tolerant UF membranes. Divos 124 is highly effective for the cleaning of membranes in dairy applications. Divos 124 can also be used across a wide range of other food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications.
Divos 124 is used at concentrations of 1-7% w/w (0.7-5% v/v), at 50-75°C for 30-45 minutes on high pH tolerant UF & MF membranes. The temperature & pH that Divos 124 is used at depends upon the cleaning temperature & pH tolerance of the membrane. Divos 124 containing solutions should be thoroughly rinsed after use to remove them from all food and beverage contact surfaces.
