Please note that all items listed on our platform are available for local pickup only. By placing a bid on any item, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment and pickup must be made within the specified time frame. Failure to do so will result in your order being considered abandoned. Abandoned orders are not refunded

2. By bidding, you are entering into a legally binding contract to both pay for and retrieve the items. Failure to comply with this agreement may result in legal action and permanent removal from our platform.

3. We reserve the right to use the payment method provided to obtain payment.

4. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bid at our discretion.

By using our platform and bidding on any items, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

please note that your order will be shipped to the Pickup Location that is on file at the time of auction close. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have selected the correct pickup location before the auction closes.

Please take note of the following pickup locations and hours:

Hamilton -200 Centennial Pkwy N, Hamilton. March 4th and 5th from 10am-6pm

Brantford -366 Grand River Ave, Brantford, Ontario March 3rd and 4th from 9am-6pm

If you fail to collect your items within the specified pickup times, you will be charged additional fees of up to 20% of the invoice total, with a minimum of $5 per item. These fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.

If we receive your payment, your order will be made available for pickup the following week. However, if we do not receive your payment, your order will be considered abandoned and relisted without refund.
