Inspection: Item has no manual or original packaging. Unit shows signs of significant past use ( missing all attachments, heavy dirt (which I cleaned most of )) but the unit Powers on and has suction. Item is the base and hose only. No attachments. There is one used filter bag attached to the unit, no others. One of the cannisters clips has a loose pin and I couldn't get it to lock.
