In order to keep prices as low as possible for you the rules of an online auction vary from that of a traditional online store. It’s important to understand these rules before bidding.
Every auction has its own set of terms and condition. Be sure to read the terms and conditions of the auction you wish to bid on before bidding.
ALL BIDS ARE FINAL
In order to keep bidding fair for everyone involved all bids are final.
It’s important to make sure that you understand the condition of the product as well the amount you are bidding. Once you place a bid you are entering a contact with TK liquidation and auction to both pay for and remove the item.
TK auction reserves the right to remove any bid for any reason.
Items MUST be picked up on Time
Once you bid you agree to remove the items in the time frame stated in the auction’s term and conditions. These times can vary from auction to auction so be sure to read to terms and condition for each auction before bidding. It is your responsibility to make sure you can pickup the items in the designated times. If you are not able to pickup your items in the designated time do not bid.
Purchases may be subject to storage fees if not picked up. Please see the auction terms and conditions for more information
Items that are not picked up within the designated times are considered abandoned and returned to the property of TK liquidation and Auction. You will not be refunded your purchase amount if you fail to pick up.
Items Condition and Refunds
We sell a wide range of products in a range of conditions from Brand New to Salvage. It is your responsibility to read the items description and to be aware of the items condition before bidding.
Items may have cosmetic damage or be missing non essential pieces not included in the description.
Any items sold AS-IS are final sale. Be sure to read the description of AS-IS items thoroughly.
AS-IS items are not eligible for returns under any circumstance
Items sold for less then $5 are not eligible for refund.
On tested items we allow returns up to 7 days after pickup is the item is non functioning. The item must be returned to be refunded.
We try our best to test, inspect and describe items in our auctions. However, we are humans and mistakes are made. If the item description does not match the item, please reach out to our team within 7 days of pickup.
