This 3-piece 31.8 cm (12.5 in.) wok set provides excellent heat conduction and uniform cooking. Its tri-ply wok vessel clad combination of 18/10 stainless steel with aluminum core and magnetic stainless steel, is compatible with all stove-tops including induction, gas, electric and ceramic glass. Steamer and lid are made of heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel. Riveted cast stainless-steel handle is oven safe up to 176 °C (350 °F). Durability and ease of cleaning, dishwasher safe.
